Re: banned
I respectfully request the unban of my Apex account. Due to work commitments, I had no time to play Apex after July 8, 2025. Upon logging back in, I discovered my account had been banned, which puzzled me. Later, I found that my Steam account had logged in from a different location before August 1, which was not my own action. This clarified the situation—hackers accessed my Apex account through Steam. I am furious at the account thief. As an ordinary player, I cannot prevent hacker attacks, and such actions should be punished, not blamed on the player. After the ban, my morale plummeted, and I even developed depression. Apex is my sole form of entertainment in life, for which I have invested much effort. I made many friends in Apex, and as someone who grew up in an unhappy family, I found joy only through gaming. I never imagined this outcome. I sincerely hope the esteemed Apex officials will unban my account.
During this period, I submitted three appeals but received no response whatsoever. I also consulted EA advisors twice, yet they kept telling me to try submitting appeal after appeal. After repeatedly attempting to submit appeals, I discovered that no cases appeared when I checked my cases on EA.help. I don't understand where my submitted appeals have gone or whether the EA advisors I sought can actually help me—instead of just telling me to submit appeals over and over again
