Ring closing challenge not tracking, EA can’t do anything to help me

I’ve honestly run out of options at this point.

The “ring closing” challenge is completely bugged for me. It was once showing progress (4/30), then randomly reset to 0/30 and now it doesn’t track at all — no matter what I do.

I’ve tried:

• Being inside the next ring early
• Doing it multiple times per match
• Different legends / modes
• Reinstalling the game
• Playing on different days after updates

Nothing works.

I’ve already contacted EA support multiple times and all I get is “it’s a server issue” with no actual solution. No fix, no timeline, nothing. Just stuck.

Because of this, I literally can’t complete the challenge and it blocks my progress.

I’ve also posted on forums, Reddit, Discord — zero response or follow-up. Feels like this issue is just being ignored.

Is ANYONE else still stuck with this bug?

Has anyone actually found a workaround or fix?

At this point I just want acknowledgment or a proper fix — because this is locking players out of content.
