Apex account hacked and coins gone.

Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Coins area
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. just was on the lobby menu
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? a lot don't remember
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) between 24 august and 28 august
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My account got hacked the coins are all gone and the materials and less than they were before, I contacted the EA support but they couldn't solve the problem.
What should be happening instead? Me being the one spending the coins and materials as i see fit.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? check my account activities and the coins spent and the cosmetics bought and hopefully revert them back and get the coins back.

Hello, I was on vacation for 4 days and when i came back i wanted to play some Apex but sadly when the game opened and i got to the lobby i found all my coins gone, i thought it was a bug so i contacted the EA support but unfortunately they couldn't help me even thought they are aware i was hacked.  So please if someone can help me i would appreciate that a lot.

  • @cringebruh420 Hey there, when it comes to these type of situations they will not reimburse currency lost. When it comes to account security it is on the user to ensure they set up full security the companies offer. There is a 2 step system that will ensure this can not happen to users. I highly suggest setting this up in your EA account settings in the security section. As for the currency though I do not think they will refund those to you due to this.
