@cringebruh420 Hey there, when it comes to these type of situations they will not reimburse currency lost. When it comes to account security it is on the user to ensure they set up full security the companies offer. There is a 2 step system that will ensure this can not happen to users. I highly suggest setting this up in your EA account settings in the security section. As for the currency though I do not think they will refund those to you due to this.
