mowutuio & Aorezgg For banned accounts, you would need to reach out to the EA TOS Team as bans sadly cannot be handled on the forums.

EA Help | Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

If you are having issues with creating a case, you can try clicking on "continue as guest" from here: EA Help | Contact EA

If you do continue as a guest, just be sure your contact reason says "submit an appeal":

Bro I just got banned myself for no reason, I just bought a new pc on Facebook marketplace and the only thing I can think of is that it was hardware banned. I had a fresh install of windows 11 and nothing else but steam and Apex legends.

Yeah, buying a used PC is always a risk as you do not know what the last person did on that PC.

Although from what I understand, a HWID ban will instantly ban you once you log into the game, (and not let you play first), so I wonder if the last owner of the PC had hacks that they never took off and you didn't realize those hacks were running on the system while you were playing the game.

[Asmodeus566 Wrote a great thread regarding account security: Players/Parents, video game control is in your hands. Account Security 101 | EA Forums, which involved "not buying used hardware".]

    Sadly, all bans are final.

l_m4ch1n4_l Incorrect, not all bans are final as many do get overturned, (so it is more true to say that it is difficult to appeal a ban in most cases).

Either way, there is nothing you can do; customer support is polite, but most of them are just giving you scripted answers.

    1. You would need to talk to the EA TOS Team, (not EA Support) regarding bans.
    2. The "scripted answers" are often seen as "bot responses", but its actually a real EA Agent responding with a template to help speed along the case for both sides as otherwise, they would be typing out the response over and over again for each case, (and I'm sure the EA Agents get a ton of cases per day, so the templates do help with that).

For everything you claim, you need to have proof, and even that sometimes is not enough. Try to pursue it, but chances are low.

Yeah, proof can help a lot, but sadly it doesn't always guarantee a player getting unbanned.

Also, no one here from Moderatos has any power to help you. So expect a generic link in the comment from someone. 🖖

Correct, the EA Community Managers are unfortunately not able to help with bans: What EA Staff Here Can Help With | EA Forums, and as for the "generic link" you had mentioned: EA Help | Get information on EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions.
