Apex Denied My Ban Appeal

I've reached out 3 times. All 3 appeals have been denied. I really don't understand what I was banned for, the email said cheating, but I know full well I am not a cheater. One thing I can think happened is my account was hacked into and used for cheating. And the other thing I think may have happened is getting banned for jitter aiming? If so, I didn't think it was a bannable offense to jitter aim since I saw many other content creators doing it. I'm really just sad at this point because I spent so much money and time on this account and it's just been banned without even giving me a chance to explain that I'm not a cheater.

The only thing to do is to stop playing EA games.  The same thing happened to me.. They told me that my ban was final for cheating. But I was not cheating whatsoever.. I think Easy Anti Cheat has some inaccuracy.  So.. I stop playing for a while and out of the blue I get an email stating that my ban has been reversed.  I figured they must have done an ACTUAL investigation instead of just stating that they did lazily. But the point is that EA doesn't care that you have spent hundreds of dollars on their gambling loot boxes.  They will ban you without reason and without doing a proper investigation. Because imo they don't care. I say this because just recently I tried to play apex again and was banned again in under 24 hours. I literally don't even care in more..   They just want you to get a new account and spend another couple hundred dollars on that one too.. Dont do it.. in fact just stop playing their little game. They're scamming people in my opinion and getting away with it..
