Apex Legends - Players who quit!I’ve noticed that when players you have downed quit/leave the kill is recorded in game but once you finish the match and check your stats the kill is not recorded. Infuriating!So by this measure that game is not being recorded on their stats. Players who do this should be penalised and you should receive the kill.A penalty should also be applied to players who quit whilst their banner is still available. Effectly you are rewarding sore losers and players who don’t play with any integrity.If you desire to create a long lasting, friendly yet competitive community these kind of issues should be resolved. Salty players shouldn’t be able to manipulate anyone’s stats and effect their game experience.

To be very clear, this next part is not a trolling attempt or anything, so please hear me out here because you seem to have lost perspective on something: You're the a**hole here.I know that's not a great thing to read, but you are the real problem with this game. Not people who drop to airship. Not people who 'drop right next to me'. Not people under level 15 (seriously man, you quit if a teammate is under level 15? wtf). You. The best piece of advice/perspective I can give you - from a lifetime FPS gamer since CS 1.6 - is that dropping with crap teammates is the norm, not the exception. Really. Think about the number of crap teammates you've had, and how obvious it is that they're crap. It happens a lot, right? Here's the secret - it happens to everyone else a lot too. It's an inescapable part of team-based online PvP games. You might think that you're at some kind of disadvantage because your 'teammates are trash', but odds are every single (not full premade) squad in your match contains 1 crap rando. Every good player in this game is playing with the exact same handicap you are. My friends and I have a designated 'complain about Apex thread' that is literally nothing but venting about our shittiest drops so everyone can laugh about how terrible it is. But then we put on our big boy pants and go play another game.The problem here is that you need to change your mentality about the game. You're not playing a slot machine where the point is to constantly re-roll your teammates until you hit a jackpot. The point is to play to win with whatever team you're randomly given. Some games your teammates will be awesome, and some games your teammates will be terrible. Work with it. If you just quit because something isn't how you want it you're ruining the game for every single team you disconnect from, leaving them 2v3 for the rest of the match. You're the problem.Now before you angrily reply back to this message - just sit there for a second. Take a deep breath. If you had 5 plus kills in a game you wouldn’t quit out.There is a clear difference between quitting out because of your poor game and leaving because you were out. It is clearly an act of a sore loser.

To be rezed you already wasting time and regearing whatever. The point is, that rezing is only good in a premade where you can overcome the negatives much easier.

Yea we need another one of these posts... Until this game has solo queue people who have to play with randoms are not going to stick around past death at large, and they shouldn't be forced to. I strictly play this solo with hundreds of kills and my fair share of wins. If I play pre-made then of course I'm not leaving the game.

The game is co-op hence there is no solo mode. Clearly EA are trying to create that type of game and community. This evident by the fact that you are rewarded for revives with XP.
Putting yourself at risk to retrieve their banner and bring them back in for them to quit out is infuriating even more so now it’s because they don’t want there poor performance reflected on their stats.
Also the game doesn’t record the amount of wins you have, only with a full squad. Another point that proves the developers are trying to create a co-op game.

yes and the only win stat. is "wins with full squad".

I think respawn is living in dreamland. People are scumbags especially in this day and age. I considered quitting cheating for years. and I still think thats why LoL is so popular. But the fact is this game has no skill matching, ranking system or matchmaker. And if they penalized me for quitting I wouldn't bother playing the game.

And ya I want more stats and scoreboard. lol

where poor stats?t Does the game show deaths and losses, not sure what you mean. I quit because i'm dropping solo with random noobs and trolls who are not going to help me anyways.

Um NOPE!!! I'm begining to leave as soon as I can if my squad has any under lvl 15...if you drop right next to me I'm leaving...if you get shot at and don't ping prior to dying your on your own. If you wanna camp in a single building I'm leaving...if you launch to the supply ship I'm leaving...period

Actually its the perfect game for him. This game isnt for the new BR players who Ive been seeing on Apex lately. He's just like a lot of competitive solo players that are out there that are suffering from playing with trash/noob players. I dont agree with the quitting before the match starts nor do I fully agree with the fact that ppl should stay if your banner can be recovered. If Im a more experienced player getting matched up with players who feel like dead weight, I'm not sitting around to spectate and try to coach you when Im allowed to leave and start up a new match and hopefully get matched up with better players. Until this game comes out with a solo mode, ranked mode or skill based matchmaking, I say do wtf you wanna do if youre carrying a team full of randoms.
