It is a very valid point that you have raised, and I appreciate it, but it is preferable to share the best source for copypasta rather than some words.
When I'm trying to avoid having a player carry over from one game to another, I will simply wait a few minutes before queuing up for the next game. It's worked for me in Control, where I had a toxic team mate who ended up on the enemy team next round. I didn't fancy a third go-around. Whether it works in your ranked queue, I can't say. But it's worth a try.
