Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

EA ID: ZHANGJINKAIC Game: Apex Legends | Platform: PC Case Numbers: #883489505, #911562279, #800888282 My EA account was hacked and compromised. I never used cheats or any forbidden software. The permanent ban was triggered by an unauthorized person logging into my account. I tried the EA Help chat support, but the system returned "This issue isn't supported by advisors", so I cannot contact a live agent. I have already submitted 3 official appeal tickets, and I hope a community manager can help escalate these cases to the TOS review team for a manual recheck. My 126 mailbox often blocks EA official emails. Please send all updates and replies to [edit: email address removed]. Thank you very much.

you can find advisers use other reasons like logging in issue / payment issue, and let them send your case to the TOS team :) good luck

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I can't create any case at all, no matter which topic I pick, whether login issue, payment issue or ban appeal. The Penalty History tool shows "Case not created", and the guest appeal form keeps redirecting me to login and fails to submit. I can't open any ticket to reach the TOS team.

ZHANGJINKAIC Account related issues, (such as being hacked and/or banned), cannot be handled or escalated on the forums.

With that being said, did you recover your EA Account from the hack prior to appealing the ban?
