EA ID: ZHANGJINKAIC Game: Apex Legends | Platform: PC Case Numbers: #883489505, #911562279, #800888282 My EA account was hacked and compromised. I never used cheats or any forbidden software. The permanent ban was triggered by an unauthorized person logging into my account. I tried the EA Help chat support, but the system returned "This issue isn't supported by advisors", so I cannot contact a live agent. I have already submitted 3 official appeal tickets, and I hope a community manager can help escalate these cases to the TOS review team for a manual recheck. ZHANGJINKAIC Account related issues, (such as being hacked and/or banned), cannot be handled or escalated on the forums.
With that being said, did you recover your EA Account from the hack prior to appealing the ban?
you can find advisers use other reasons like logging in issue / payment issue, and let them send your case to the TOS team :) good luck
Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I can't create any case at all, no matter which topic I pick, whether login issue, payment issue or ban appeal. The Penalty History tool shows "Case not created", and the guest appeal form keeps redirecting me to login and fails to submit. I can't open any ticket to reach the TOS team.
