EA ID: ZHANGJINKAIC Game: Apex Legends | Platform: PC Case Numbers: #883489505, #911562279, #800888282 My EA account was hacked and compromised. I never used cheats or any forbidden software. The permanent ban was triggered by an unauthorized person logging into my account. I tried the EA Help chat support, but the system returned "This issue isn't supported by advisors", so I cannot contact a live agent. I have already submitted 3 official appeal tickets, and I hope a community manager can help escalate these cases to the TOS review team for a manual recheck. With that being said, did you recover your EA Account from the hack prior to appealing the ban?
