I am sorry to say but the new ranked system is what the ranked system needed, ranked should be hard and not easy as the more it punishes people that play silly the more they should learn as they will lose their points. While I agree they should add a little incentive for solo queue players it should not be anything special I would add a little bonus for those who solo queue as 1.2x rp instead of the 1x rp type of thing. If you are finding it hard to play in your current rank you will have to accept it as you are no longer going to be given an easy time like it is a pub match. Teammates can be bad but also good I wish you the best of luck.
