If you poke around a bit you will find out they use cheats and macros as well.
You mean bunnyhopping while healing? You can do it too, if you care to abuse broken mechanics (that will probably become a "feature" anyway).
Their game is exactly the same as yours. And if you can't find gear in Apex... Well I dunno what to tell you. Don't try to play PubG... You'll cry.
P.S. They always have everything they want after 5 minutes because they have 5-10 kills at that point already... I usually get all I want after my 1st or 2nd kill (although I avoid early game fights, so my kills tend to have better gear).

Ironic idiocy is still idiocy lol. If you watch them stream, they die all the time, on Youtube, it only shows them doing well because that's what people want to watch.
