Devotion uses energy ammo which is rare and i find spitfire better.
Lags happen sometimes but they clear after a while.
Gibraltar shield is fine, this ain't overwatch or dota where abilities do lot, they just give tactical advantage. As for his shield dome, being able to shoot from outside would be way too powerful, its just meant to hide and you can step out shoot and hide back.

Its too OP though, and it isnt hard to find, with 30 people left I had a turbocharager and 400 ammo for it already stocked.
I mowed down a squad with it, without dying, in 5 seconds. It's OP.
Gibraltar's Dome Shield needs a nerf to the active time BUT also able to shoot through, too many players just walk up to you when you placed it and shotgun you in the face; its weak. Anyone in their right mind would only place it if your getting sniped.
I think an active of 8 but able to shoot through with a 10-20% damage nerf would be fine.
