Devotion uses energy ammo which is rare and i find spitfire better.
Lags happen sometimes but they clear after a while.
Gibraltar shield is fine, this ain't overwatch or dota where abilities do lot, they just give tactical advantage. As for his shield dome, being able to shoot from outside would be way too powerful, its just meant to hide and you can step out shoot and hide back.

Whats your take on Gib's frontal shield either? It doesn't last long and is a waste TBH of the passive slot.
