The important thing to take from here is the abilities give small tactical advantages. They are not meant to completely shift the tide in a fight.
Out of 400 games i have lagged once,take that as you will.
Devotion is 99% of the time a bad gun.rare ammo,0 range(you aint using turbo charger at anything over CQC),rare mods,recoil off the charts.the gun is situationally OP,try full time it and see how well it goes for you...
