Banned and Hacked

My account was banned but I was never sent an email about it, until I later found out that my account was hacked, as I received emails of them changing what email was linked to my account and then another email about changing the password but the email was partially in a different language when I live in the U.S. Now I'm unable to play any EA game after spending a lot of money and I'm not even able to create a new account to play as every time I try to it says "Sign in unavaible", and when i try to make a new account on EA's website it just gives me a server error, even and i tried doing it on my phone and got the same result. I'm really trying to get this resolved soon even though I've heard of many people not hearing for months. If im unable to get my account back i can live with it, but complete 0 access to any EA game online even if try to make a new account really sucks. I want to get the new battle field 2042 but whats the point if im not even allowed to play. I'll link the email and password changed emails I got, but I never received emails of my ban until I tried logging into EA . And yes i've already made a case through the EA Help forum to email the TOS people but I know they will most likely take over a month to respond. The email shown in the screenshot is not mine, it is whatever email the hacker used.

    I'm so sorry, we can't look into the suspicious activity or the ban for you from the forums. Please follow these steps to help re-secure your account. There may be some steps there that can't be completed while the ban is in place but that's ok, the ban itself will limit any activity on the account so nothing further can take place on the account while the ban is live and the remaining steps can be completed if the ban is overturned. 

    If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team that's all you need to do for now. The TOS team will review the account and determine if the ban can be overturned. They will follow up with you as soon as they can. The TOS team handles each appeal on a case-by-case basis, so if they are working through a high case volume an investigation may take some time. Keep an eye on your email, and they will send you a response as soon as possible.

    I just heard back from the TOS team and they said the ban will stay in place. I still don't even know what I got banned for, nothing has said what I got banned for. All they said is they reviewed and the ban will stay in place. If its really impossible to get my account back okay, but can I make a new account at least? Whenever I try to login on EA or Origin it just keeps having the error. I cant even make a new account to play. I'd atleast like to know what i got banned for. And part of my email saying the ban will stay in place is in a different language, so they still think my account is wherever the hacker is. If i could just get some help making a new account so i can play the new battlefield or any other ea game since i own battlefield 4 and want to play that too.

    Hi @28eb71e9,

    You can make a new EA account with a new email address registered to it. However the games and connected consoles linked up to your current EA account would stay tethered there and restricted behind the ban.
