Banned for typing 2 letters in chat

Was banned overnight for typing the letters "sb" Played a couple games last night, got told to "kms" my "mother is dead" and that i am "*" - but "sb" which has no English translation, and is my BA...

@EA_Darko Yeah I have emailed them, and was declined - so as a community manager, i just wanted to know what "sb" translates to in my mother tongue

      @EA_Darko right.. But was does "sb" translate to in Apex terms? Can I not get an answer from a community manager?
