The support team should be able to verify if there is a ban on your account when you were in contact with them. Did they confirm if there was a ban on the account?

According to the email, I have been banned for violating the TOS even though I haven't played the game in 2 months? How does that work? The minute I get a new character and a legendary skin on one of the characters I'm banned for doing nothing. I don't understand. The email won't even tell me how I've violated the TOS or what I was banned for. It just keeps telling me I'm banned and won't give me a specific reason why. I've seen plenty of other posts with this exact same problem that have happened at similar times as me.
