The article does not help. The article says how to submit a ticket but as I mentioned in the original post I have already done that.
Community ManagerWe can't help with banned accounts here. Only ToS can do that. The best you can do is submit another dispute. If they keep coming back saying the ban needs to remain in place, the investigation didn't turn up any evidence showing they mistakenly banned the account.
My goal is not to have the ban revoked by posting here, but to find out if there is a way for me to find out what the specific reason for the ban was. The response to my first ticket had no info. It is incredibly frustrating to be banned and not have a specific reason, on my side it seems that I just lose $30 for nothing (an assumption, but to my knowledge nothing) with no way for rebuttal discussion.
