They originally stated this: "No. All seasonal cosmetic rewards (excluding Apex Packs and content dropped from them) in the Battle Pass are exclusive to their specific season and will never be available again. Players in future seasons will be jealous of your OG status."
I believe they recently changed it to what you quoted: "From time to time, some items may come back." Seems pretty shady for them to have changed their FAQ page & neglect to inform players especially when players are paying & investing time into the battle pass with the belief that items will remain exclusive.
@Psn388 Nah, BP items will not return. The Lifeline skin returned as a recolor, so maybe that's what they meant.
@ILostT0Loba"From time to time, some items may come back, but it is up to the discretion of the team." That clearly says that they may bring back BP originals if they so chose.
