i used to take all ammo with me when landed, even if i got the weapon i need, so when the enemy take the weapon in the ground, they wont have any reserve ammo, or when ur teammate came with weapon in hand u can give the ammo you don't need.
aside from my thought. its about fast loot, sometimes in a clutch or hurried moment, people tend to mash the interact button, the bad side was taking the ammo without the weapon, and leaving teammate dies with no reserve ammo. it just cant be help.

Well mainly its people who dont give enough of a crap about the game to use a headset.
Its a huge issue with this game, people on console use coms, people on pc barely ever have mics at all, then they rage quit cause of miscommunications all the time, lol.
If you dont use a mic, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
I'm on the mic like "can I get that ammo back" That is the protip of the day for yall!
- Not everyone has mics you know, and it's impulse to mute squad the moment you join a random lobby to avoid getting distracted by babies crying in the background
- Denying enemies loot I can understand, accidentally picking up ammo you don't need from your teammates also I can understand, I've done it many times but the difference is I always drop the ammo and ping it so whoever has a gun can take it. The peacekeeper I was holding was extremely hard to miss in that tiny space we were in so the only reason someone would miss it and steal ammo without returning it is if they're absolute morons which this person most definitely was. Unfortunately it's rare to find a teammate my level or higher and usually my teammates are lv1-20 even though I'm 80 so things like this happens a god awful lot to me which sucks
