i play 3 games. get killed by the same pred squad every time. the next 2 games im a solo player because for whatever dumb reason my team doesnt connect. next game i play ranked and get rolfstomped by a smurf pred squad and its literally so obvious as they have 4k/20 kill badges below level 50. BUT THIS GAME IS BALANCED AND FUN

@E9ine_AC Anyone can solo queue from Bronze to Plat easily, as long as they've got more than a few braincells knocking around in their noggin. It's getting out of Plat solo that's challenging I think. Back during the first ranked season, I hit Plat within a day as well, but once I hit Plat, every single teammate I got paired up with played about as well as the Bronze players I faced off against initially. No aim, no skill, all they want to do is sit in a corner for 15 minutes and hide. It was pathetic.I feel like winning a match should award you points, but you shouldn't be awarded for placement at all, AND you should be able to be demoted from all ranks except Masters. Kills should have their point limit removed and be awarded to the player who did the highest damage to a target regardless of if they heal or not.

@apjj I want to know how it works too. Not so much to get around it, but just to get a better grasp on the metrics of my teammates and my skill and the lobbies I'm in.

Are you sure you're not just having a bad night? I have periods in which I do really well and end up in top tier lobbies. I have periods in which I do horribly. It's not always SBMM that is the issue, sometimes it's just the way I'm playing and bad luck in game.

I do understand the frustration when you get melted by a team/player who is just on another level. But don't you have moments in which you're on a level and you melt entire squads?! I think we all do, I just had one tonight I took down 5 squads in Frag by myself. I only took maybe 150-200 damage throughout the entire fight. Everything was just clicking for me, my movement, my aim, my guns, legend ability use.. We all have dominate rounds like that.

@pastaclown I do better when I solo queue all of my 2k badges have come from solo queuing.. I don't get it, when I play with my friends I play like garbage, unless we are in the firing range.. Then I destroy them.Get into a match with them and I'm a potato.

@DarthValtrex it's different for console vs. PC. You guys get aim assist and people can't spam crouch as quickly like on PC. PC players get to spam crouch super fast, no aim assist, macros to help with recoil, and once aim punch kicks in good luck hitting anything. Sometimes I think about downloading macros so I don't have to fight so much recoil, all the "cool kids" seem to be doing it, but I'm not real big on crap like that.
I'm not sure why people don't complain about aim punch what with the new TTK. It's why all the fights feel one dimensional, it's usually always, "If I crack shields first I always win, if they crack mine I always lose" .

@pastaclown I actually rank up in a breeze queing solo tbh. If with my friends all our sbmm is combined finding proper players to go against and making the match much more difficult. Solo que from bronze to plat i can do in a day if i really focus.
