Bloodhound STORY QUEST, Frustration…

In future STORY QUESTS, can we PLEASE do them PvE.

It is EXTREMELY frustrating, trying to LOOK for the white RAVEN, DURING a match, let alone FOLLOW the scan clues.

In my experience so far on XBOX, almost EVERYONE trying to complete this QUEST lands in the TEASER area, and everyone else in the lobby NOT doing the TEASER, sees this as an OPPORTUNITY to mass EXECUTE, anyone trying to complete the quest.

I still have yet to complete part 1 of this Quest Event, due to the fact that I’m just going to be killed by 3 separate squads, (9 PLAYERS) shooting me at once…..

Is EA/RESPAWN trying to make customers angry and sour towards APEX? If so, WHY!?

WHY, is EA trying to KILL its OWN Game & Player Base…

THEY did the SAME thing to STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II, release content for the game in such a LOW amount, & when NEW content does ARRIVE, it’s either Lackluster in scope, or Absurdly UNATTAINABLE.

A LOT of people like me, Love APEX, & it’s Story/Characters. We want to see more GREAT content in this universe RESPAWN has created, but situations like this make me think, EA is ACTIVELY trying to take down APEX.

 LOVE, games made by EA, & their MULTIPLE TALENTED STUDIOS, which is WHY I CARE so MUCH about SPEAKING UP when something DOES’NT feel right to ME.

    @mxrkis you have to go to the training range and spawn a ship into the area, i did try to get there though

    @WreckingVi that was a good idea i tried to get there early before anyone could get guns and luckily it mostly worked

    @SILVERisSORRY quest was somewhat easy, I did approach it via no-fill and still did it in 5 tries (the whole thing) = died mid quest just once.

    What I find the most frustrating about it - the last part after taking a ship, made no sense to me (to be honest I am not into reading the whole story line of Apex either), felt like I just wasted my time. Plus I don't care about all the badges and stuff, was disappointed that I was not given any useful skins that would give any competitive advantage in those packages - again all shiny and sparkling like I would be a kid in a candy shop :D

    Long story short - don't like the quest, skip it, you might actually get more value out of this action vs. actually going through with it 🙂

    Halfway through, but my main frustration with the quest is it reminds me of the time when there was area specific bp challenges. Devs knew people hated them so they took em out and replaced them, yet now they inadvertently bring it back with a worse condition "only 1 character can do it". If no fill didn't exist I wouldn't have bothered at all.

    Anyone else wonder why they couldn't do pve waves on a arena map "got mislead by a leak article that suggested this" ? Are devs really dead set on prowlers being the only thing with ai on a map.

    I haven't been this lucky lol. I've gotten into fights with other solo BHs like I'm in some weird Norse version of Highlander.

    I managed it in five games. First try a Pathy found me and killed me. Second try another Pathy found me but was mid-range so I turned and shook my head (okay - all of me) at him then kept tracking. He fired at me again, so I did the same thing. This time he left me alone and I finished the chapter.

    If I saw solo BHs in that area while the event was on I tended to be nice.

    I'm like this. If I encounter a player on drop who is not part of a squad and does the bouncy thing when I fire at them I leave them alone. No pride in shooting an unarmed man. I've also been known to drop batteries for enemies I've just knocked if I feel sorry for them. Make love, not bluef.

    @EdwardDLuffy I should have waited for the Halloween event before opening my BH packs. My friend got the new BH skin in the event in one of those BH packs.

    @EdwardDLuffy I didn't bother to do this until this past Monday. One of the runs took me into the heart of frag. I had gone through the old train tunnel and grabbed a hemlock and eva on the way. As I was passing the open air building someone on top shot me and got me to 50 health. I ran a bit, hid and healed as they chased. Then I killed that guy and got his purple shield. Then his teammates came one by one and I killed them both. That was the highlight of it for me lol
