Bloodhound Ult needs buff

• shouldn't deactive because of ring
• should be usable outside of ring
• enhance the 'trails' - barely noticeable at all, practically useless
• maybe Bloodhound should maintain the black and white (or lowered saturation) of background with highlighted enemies
• damage should not remove cloak, it should just cause momentary glitchy flash reveal

Other than that still experiencing the usual nonsense that shooting an enemy point black when cloaked they'll then turn around and kill you first with instant death shooting.
