Why I get banned and why there is no way to contact to a real persom?
First and the most important thing, I do not and I never cheat.
And the thing turns really strange since there is no penalty-history in my account so I really don't know what is going on.
I can't play Apex anymore?
During the period when the ban was in effect, I did not use the account myself. At the time, someone who have my steam account and till now I dont know who he is( I shared it with my family and friends), who logged in and played the game on his own computer. He only played the game normally and did not intentionally use cheats, scripts, or other prohibited tools. I was not present at the time, so I do not know exactly what happened, nor do I understand why the account was banned. I live in NJ and he live in Wisconsin, there is no way one same person can teleport between these to states and play apex on different computer in one mint.
I respectfully request that your team re-examine the account’s login history, device information, match data, and the basis for the penalty, and inform me of the specific timing and reason for the ban. If a manual review confirms that this was a false positive or triggered by unintentional factors such as an abnormal device environment, I hope your team will consider lifting the ban.
I am willing to provide any necessary account information or other evidence, and I will immediately change my password and enable two-factor authentication. I will not allow anyone else to use this account in the future.
