Blue Screen of Death when opening EA App

Hi, I have reliably been getting a Blue Screen of Death when opening the new EA app on my desktop PC. 

Blue screen error : 

Stop code : IRQL not less or equal

What failed : ntoskrnl.exe

Titanfall2 and Apex Legends are installed, but launching them from the EA app causes frequent blue screens.  Apex Legends is rock solid from Steam, but I want to try to troubleshoot this issue.  All Steam games have been rock solid on this computer, but loading anything from EA from PC game pass seems to load the EA app helper app which I believe is the problem.  It's going to make it impossible to play any EA games in the future.  

This is a fresh Win11 installation with updated manufacturer drivers.

Windows 11 Pro 22H2

16 GB RAM

Video Card, Nvidia RTX 3070 TI

Intel Core i5 10600K

Asus TUF Gaming z490-Plus Motherboard

Corsair 850W power supply

System Drive, WD 1TB SN750m.2 SSD

    @PappaFost 

    Download and install all available Windows Updates then reboot and run Windows Update again.

    Repeat until no further updates are available.

    Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Retry playing once these steps are done, thanks.

    I included a few screenshots.  Windows updates are up to date including the November updates.

    DISM and SFC completed successfully showing no system file corruption.

    After that I tried launching the EA app from the start menu and three seconds later unfortunately got a Blue Screen.  (See photos).

    Any solution for this? I'm having the same issue and I've tried multiple way to fix it but none works.

    If you're encountering issues please post a new thread in the Technical Issues subforum.

    It's best to avoid older threads as they can include different or outdated information.

    Not sure if this counts as necroposting since it's just 3 months old, though with any technical issue it's typically best to make your own thread.
