Bring penalty for quitting from the game!

Penalties for leaving a public match is not a good idea, at all. Pubs is just a practice mode overall. If you care about better team play, then Ranked is the solution.  In regard to the lack of a solo mode, you can always drop solo in duos, as a quick solution.
