Buff Wattson idea

Hey legends, 

I think that most of us support players #wattson are easy preys in rank, she is by far the easiest legend to push, Wattson needs to set up to protect herself, take her out of that environment she is dead lol.

My idea, since i'm pretty sure that she is keeping her low profile, is to make her regenerate her shields faster with or without her utlimate, i think that she deserve it as support character, this will make her a way better support and offensive option.

I don't think that it's overpowered compared to Gibby.

    @Izzo8402 Gotcha.
    What about instead of a faster use time, it's used more efficiently? Similar to the ult accelerants giving a 100% charge, shield cells could give 50 shields for wattson? Maybe batteries could give an area of effect and charge friendly shields by 25 when she uses one nearby?

    I like the idea of being able to shoot the nodes at a distance.  You shoot one (say similar distance to Bangalore's smoke), then once you shoot the other and it lands the fence forms (of course you'd still have a cap on how long you can make the fence). You could use this to block/slow down an enemy running away.  Block in a team from moving to a more beneficial position.  Plus it would make placing fences quicker/easier.  Still provides Wattson with the same defensive capabilities, but adds some potential to a little more of an offensive style.
