Can’t find a ranked match in OCE

Two weeks later and I still cannot find a ranked match. I am able to find matches on the Singapore servers but cannot on the Sydney servers.

I even went to the trouble of creating a new account and levelling it up to 20 and can’t find a ranked match on that account either.

I’m really not sure what else to try, I’ve tried deleting cache on steam, deleting and reinstalling, downloaded on the EA app rather then steam and created a new account but nothing seems to be working.

I have spoken to EA help 10+ times and they have assured me there is no ban and there is nothing they can do on their end.

@Wicckm Nevermind I see you said steam so there's no crossplay option.

What time of day do you play? If you get games on other servers it's likely not an account thing.

I generally play when I finish work, any time between 5pm-9pm and also on weekends at all different times.

The servers are definitely populated as my duo has no issues finding matches when he queues solo but as soon as he tries to party up with me on either my main account and new account, we never find matches.

I have the exact same problem and every time I try to talk to someone from EA I’m litterally ignored, I used to play this game on console and loved it but I can’t even get a game on pc. 

this is ridiculous and EA is doing nothing to help. This has been an issue for years not and they don’t care. WE CANNOT PLAY THE GAME. Useless company. 

APEX LEGENDS IS DECENT COULD BE BETTER!!!

Not Ranked related but getting sick or the server situation tbh and was just wondering if any1 else from the UK was feeling the same way?, I'm from Scotland and the 1 thing that's really frustrating (and I know I have a cheek when it comes to a free to play game), why has everywhere else got atleast 2 servers yet the UK has 1 in London and we still have to play with * level Internet because it's always Americans or Germans or French oh tbh I mostly end up with South Africans who are amazing people all round but by God is there Internet * it's like going for a * on a Friday night glitch in the matrix and boom still there the next again Friday night haha very rarely do I meet British players playing in Britain any1 on Apex Legends agree we in the UK need another server added?, may I add I would like to suggest a Scottish server though, smack bang in Glasgow or Edinburgh or preferably in Falkirk would be ideal and much appreciated 👍, and before yo think about it ea, we all Ken Yi can afford it 🤔😉

you're lucky you can get 10. i get stuck in lobby with just me or if i'm stack just the 3 of us. singapore i find a game straight away and any of the sydney servers and there is nothing, and thats both my accounts. seriously annoyed at it cause i'm tired of playing at 300 ping
