i played an apex game with 2 players on xbox named [Edit - EA_Barry] and i died off spawn cause of a bad push and the whole game they refused to ress me playing around with respawn beacons pretending...

This is "normal." This is how DUOS play. They're friends, but you're a complete stranger;
you're not part of their team. It's very rare that you get a good DUO and can have fun.
Remember, you're not forced to be a spectator for the entire match. From the moment your banner is obtained or expires, if they don't respawn you, you can leave in about 2 minutes, without penalty.
