Can we please do a rework for lifeline?

I main LL, at this point with every other legend getting mobility and wallhacking abilities added because the Dev's are brain dead.... the other characters feel underwhelming. 

And by no means am I saying to do the same for the legends that don't have the buffed mobility and wallhacking.... just start removing that crap.
