Can we please look at Caustic’s passive for a second?

Considering everyone can see in the gas now and also considering people won’t stand in the gas for more than a second, can we agree Caustic’s passive is the most useless one among any other legends? ...

@BaldWraithSimp LOL, what about me when I'm bang and have a digi threat and smoke it? Guess who's not dying?! ME! unless they have digital threats then I'm probably dead because I put to much faith in my smoke.
