So what if any scrub can use CR? Is this game supposed to have only hard to use weapons?
I've played since day one and know for a fact PK takes far more skill than the CR. PK you must hit most of your pellets that spread out and land a head shot on a target that is close up which moves faster than a target that is at long range.
CR you just pick it up and deal damage the moment you begin aiming. CR is clearly OP and the ammo nerf along with the slight damage nerf still puts it on top as one of the easiest guns to use with most damage. I was able to down a team at mid range just by poking my head in and out and tracing them as they ran cover to cover. I struggle to do this with a PK as every shot missed means you are open for a few seconds or longer if you have to realign your shot

@DoYaSeeMeI think his point is that the CR is too easy to use with how much power it packs in one punch.

First day of Season 3 I was landing 80+ damage shots accross the map with a 2x HCOG scope.
That other time when i had the 4x/10x digital scope from a care package was probably the easiest win i ever had in this game.
I refuse to even use this gun.

But seriously you can't compare the peacekeeper and the charge rifle.. You don't lose the damage at long or short range with the charge rifle.. It's almost safe to use the cr at close range like the shotguns as well as long range.. I see the charge rifle around the map constantly and never use it.
With this gun even with the ammo nerf it's overpowered in terms of keeping guns in a group with the others... Huge damage, decent fire rate, super accurate, and decent ammo per clip.. Makes this gun overpowered still compared to all others. They should've kept it the same and put it in care packages imo.

CR is probably the worst possible weapon to have at close range. "Almost safe" really doesn't count XD. You have to be really desperate to swap to CR in CQC. Usually even reloading is better than switching to CR.
That's basically the main reason why I try to avoid it and happily drop it for a kitted out G7. G7 simply dominates it at mid range and is also a somewhat viable swap weapon for CQC (still not a preferrable option due to long swap time of snipers).
Ultra long range targets in open areas? Sure, CR simply dominates. But saying it can be used in CQC or that it dominates middle range is simply not correct. CQC weapons obviously dominate CQC. AR's/G7 dominate middle range (my goto weapon lately is none other than the powerhouse burst Hemlok (sorry, but CR simply has no chance vs my hemlok at 100m), especially if I can't get my hands on a kitted G7).
P.S. I played around some more with CR's on the weekend and I think it could maybe still use another drop in ultra-long range damage, maybe even start the damage dropoff at 200m instead of 250. But it's not OP, just still not fun to play against in situations where it dominates (300+m open areas).
