Charge Rifle Viable Again?
With the addition of Select Fire does this make the Charge Rifle usable again for you?

What would select fire even do on a charge rifle??? Change it from single fire to... still single fire??? At any rate, if the gun is still delay-fire then the answer is still no, still not viable.

@reconzero The select fire makes it to where the Charge Rifle deals less damage, but once it charges up, you can just hold the trigger and it would rapid fire.
