You won't find the same kind of cheating on console as you do on PC, but the platform is still plagued with cheaters. There is a large amount of people on console using an XIM with a mouse & keyboard. Ask any PC player how much of an advantage a M&K is over a controller.
The developers can't do anything about this sort of cheating, because the XIM is undetectable. Go look on YouTube at console players who are setting kill records. It's so obvious that they're using a M&K.
Someones idea of cheats on console - "that guy can turn 180 degrees quickly".
Watch some of the footage of PC hackers and tell me you've run into anything like it on console and I'll laugh in your face. It's a myth.
