@CCbathwater I’ll contest that “ As I said earlier, the reason why many people play console is to avoid cheating like they face on PC.” statement by saying that it’s most likely that they just prefer a controller in their hands or because they don’t want to spend hundreds upon hundreds just to upgrade their gear every (other (few)) year.
The beauty of consoles is, games just work. With pc you gotta think of drivers, minimal requirements, hacking, not becoming a fat blubbering pile of south park image person, carpel tunnel, upgrading your equipment, RGB and more. Consoles just work cause it’s highly optimized to run games. Sure pc can be tinkered with like tinkerbell (you pervert, I know what you’re thinking! You know who you are!) but they’ll never be as optimized to run games like a console if they have the same hardware unless you actually know your stuff and don’t just hardware replace stuff but also rewrite stuff on the inside!
but yea, hopefully it doesn’t catch on
