@Underkon24 I made a pretty active thread where this was discussed. More knowledgeable people than myself say that the devs are indeed against this, however I know ACTUAL people using macros that haven’t been banned (for years!).
I think its a mix of:
a) they can’t detect the cheat because it’s from the controller, and
b) there simply aren’t enough anti-cheat staff
I dislike when people exaggerate. Without exaggeration, I run into obvious macro users on PSN every single day. Not once in a while— every day. The most obvious macro isn’t even the anti-recoil, it’s the rapid fire. I’m pretty confident a good deal of players in D2 and up are using these “advantages”.
