@Underkon24 No this is incorrect. They've said strike packs with anti recoil were not allowed so why would another device be ok.
Also there's a known issue with spectator mode not showing things properly so you may think everyone doesn't have recoil but this could just be a bug.

I am aware of the “bug”. It’s not the movement of the gun, but the bullet pattern. Watch actual cheats and watch good players and you can clearly tell the difference. Strike packs and the Chronus are different in their controller interaction and detection of such.
