Connection Issues - 19th May, 2020

@dondonjosh17Retrieving Matchmaking 🙂 🙂 the large influx of people for the new QUEST, they had to release it with the new season, but they have nothing else to provide us, so they forced us to wait 7 days.

What happens when the bug occurs? I keep tryin to get into a game and it says it can't connect to server test my internet I've tested my internet its fine I can log in and play call of duty or any other online game perfectly fine apex says it cant connect to sever. Then when I do get in I'm sitting in the lobby match making for 30 to 40 mins when the game isnt looking for a match yet says match making
What should be happening instead? I should be in a game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Find out what's wrong with yall severs and why it keep saying it's our internet when ots yall game * up

What happens when the bug occurs? Can't log in to play the game, reset my xbox, reset the wifi, signed out then back in. Also, before all this happened when I was able to log in, I could not access the new Loba Quest "The First Piece". Stuck loading up the lobby, went from "matchmaking" to "loading lobby" and continued like that for 10 mins.
What should be happening instead? Logging in porperly to play the game
