Disconnects

Ok, so anyone who disconnects in lobby, probably disconnected because of the game. There are tons of issues that cause players to disconnect due to SERVER issues and not the players actually leaving the game just for fun. 

Now if they leave before timing out they already lose RP so what does it matter? You don't really need them tbh and they died already just making the game more of a hassle for you overall either way. Granted it's always good to try and have a full squad but I rather them leave before the timeout then let me carry them into placements and then they collect free RP from me doing all the work. 

Until they fix the server issues they aren't going to implement any penalties on people who leave because that would be extremely messed up. Considering most of the time it's due to the actual servers screwing up and there is no real way currently to tell the difference between a game disconnect or YOU disconnecting. Imagine getting a ban due to something you have ZERO control over simply because the servers aren't working properly. That's why they had the leave penalty for the first day or two and then people were getting really pissed cause they were receiving penalties for things that weren't their fault or out of their control overall. 

They have plans to punish the leavers, but until they fix the servers and errors they won't put that into affect because it would cause a lot more problems than solve them. Also I tell everyone the easy solution is SQUAD UP. Go into the discord, find a squad (huge discord server for Apex legends with 50k+ players) You'll find a squad within 30 seconds MAX. It's not different than running with "randoms" because THEY are randoms that you just picked out but they'll actually listen and comm. So there is really no down side to just picking up a squad on discord considering it takes 30 seconds and the time and effort you put into a match to lose because of someone leaving early or just messing around will take much longer than just simply picking up a squad. You'll cooperate better, play better, comm better, win more absolutely no downside and if you don't want to play with them anymore you can grab another squad after the first game. Because they won't early leave so you'll at least get a full match with a full squad.

**Also jumping from 30 minute ban to 12 hours is a tad ridiculous JS. They can barely handle the hackers right now and you want them handing out auto-bans to leavers lol.

my buddy's haven't either

BUT, just like right now 2 players disconnect after dying and i'm right there!

killed the other squad and they hadn't even went into recover mode. Just plain disconnected

Oh, haven't been kicked out during plane drop either

but seem we give EVERYONE an excuse to say I need to disconnect and wham its OK now

Bottom line either stay in the game or stop playing

I stayed yesterday and was NOT recoverable timed out and chatted with the teammates, (randoms) and it was worth the wait sitting there as they got a game win and there for so did I!!!!

Stop being a part of the problem, you gave no ideas in how to correct it.
