Do you like early game fights?
I myself love it and treat it like a trust fall with my teammate to see if they can hold their own in a gun fight.

- @hayhor My favourite on KL is the group of buildings close to Octane's Gauntlet. I've lost count of the number of times my squad has landed there unmolested, kitted up, then rotated to the Gauntlet and picked off the winning enemy squad of the early game battle. They usually come running out to those two bins in that long, thin, broken shed thing. They're so buoyed up about surviving the Gauntlet fight they don't expect a fully kitted up squad to pounce on them.

However, sometimes I do think this is an 'unfair' test for the teammates as some players do not have weapons when you kill them very early on.
It is a great way to try and get the 'rapid elimination' badge as well as getting a squad wipe though! - @EdwardDLuffy I do that too. Shhhhhhj
Early game fights are usually fun but not in the middle of hot drop nonsense. And if rng doesn’t outright screw you.
But sometimes the R45/Moz/P2020 contests can feel really good
- @OldTreeCreeper Landing safe is completely fine. I tend to do that more often than hot drop. But some randoms land on the edge of the map, going 1000 metres away when your squad is the last to drop and keep looting till 4 or 5 squads left. That's the worst kind of players.
I dont mind dropping somewhere contested but hotdropping with 3 or 4 other squads..... no thanks, no skill involved just luck there and you will spend more time loading in and out of game than playing.
5 minutes without firing your gun though is deadly, a squad fresh off a fight will mow you down before youve pointed in their direction, i think there is a certain impetus to this game that you need to keep up.
Idunno, i guess i think you should pick the fights you can win, whereas a lot just literally charge around the map till they die, they may get 4 or 5 kills but ultimately they always take on a situation they cant handle. I personally like to win.......
- @BaldWraithSimp Agreed there needs to be a balance for me. I dont mind dropping a long ways out but I want to loot quickly and go at that point, not continuously loot just because we can.
I love hot-droppers. I love watching them fight and die, then I finish them off.
