EA account banned for ‘harassment’

My apex account just got banned for harassment and what’s crazy is my nephew with ADHD without my consent went into my account and spouted all this nonsense and weird stuff but I’m yet to even see ho...

As @OldTreeCreeper (OTC) mentioned your account your responsibility.

Sorry to hear that happened to you either way. 

If/when you make a new account you should take the advice that OTC mentioned and secure that account.
