Battlepass bug

I have bought the battlepass but the key items are locked eventough i completed the tier fully i looked online and this is a common problem people are having and the fix is to just reinstall the game but for me that didnt work i contacted ea help for this and they said they are aware of it and are working on it but it still  kinda feels like i got scammed i hope i get my items soon
