EA account hacked and then banned

I haven't picked up this game in a very long time and wanted to see how the new changes are. When logging in it made me change my ea password which is whatever im sure I was behind on a ton of updates, I then noticed that the club me and my friends were in was no longer displaying next to my name. instead the initials were nyxx, looked at the club had 15 members I left it immediately thinking that was weird then try to que into a random duo match to get the error message saying I was banned. I have tried to find appeals for bans everywhere and cant find it, only thing I found was from awhile ago and the page keeps saying expired from the link an admin put on these forums.
