EA banned my Season 1 account for reporting too many times?! Please help.

I've played this game since Season 1 and I often use the report options for inappropriate names, chat/mic abuse, and hackers. I guess that I submitted too many false complaints due to me playing on high ping servers and the spectator looks a lot weirder and suspicious. Genuinely thought people were aimbotting on these Asia servers I recently started playing on, so I submitted reports on those people who seemed odd.
Anyhow, I received a ban on my account for trying to help! I'm trying to find actual HUMAN support to make it clear that this is a mistake. I was not trying to cause any problems and have learned a lesson here. I was not trying to spam and submit false requests.
Are there any other avenues of direct contact through these boards, Reddit, X, etc, for review that I can get here? I contacted support and they just rudely tell me to kick rocks and read the ToS, even when I was being apologetic and stating this is a misunderstanding. Like...I'm not a hacker, I just reported people I thought appeared to have aimbot. 😕igh:
It's a very unlikely sinario that you got a ban for submitting reports.
Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you. Sadly there are no other avenues open to you.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.If you have appealed 3 times, that decision would be final.
