EA customer service is killing this game.
First of all, let me tell you about the problem I encountered. My account was banned two months ago for using illegal programs to cheat. However, on that day, I only did a warm-up in the training field, which I believe can easily be checked through technical means.
However, EA still thinks that I would use my account, which I have been playing since the internal test, purchased the founder pack, and invested more than 2000 dollars, to use a cheat just to beat the training dummy in the training field better.
What's more hilarious is that during the waiting period for EA's response, I registered a new account on the same PC and played about ten games. In each game, I would encounter cheaters or robot teammates who spam ads after entering the game. Almost all of them are over level 20, which means EA's current anti-cheat function cannot solve the cheat problem or even the robot problem.
Moreover, since I can continue playing Apex Legends on the same device, can simply banning the account stop me from ruining the game environment if I am actually a cheat user? And what good does banning a loyal and paying player of Apex Legends bring to the game if I was wronged?
I am tired of EA's customer service's perfunctory template reply. Goodbye.
