EA falsely banned me and kicked me out

My EA account was recently hacked by someone named [Removed - CM] from Singapore, who changed the EA ID and caused the Apex Legends ban.

Since then, I have submitted everything a normal user could possibly provide to prove my innocence:

Windows Defender logs
Malware detection reports
Lists of suspicious or unauthorized programs installed
Steam login records
Login IP addresses
Purchase history
I even went so far as to hire a private PC security company to help me recover and verify the evidence professionally.

But despite all of this, the TOS team still hasn’t lifted the ban on my account. Why?
What more could I possibly submit to prove I was hacked and not responsible?

Worse yet, I can no longer submit any cases or appeals.
When I try to open a case regarding the ban, I get a message saying:
“No available solutions for your issue.”
I can’t even use Live Chat.
Even when I try to submit a case while not logged in, I am blocked entirely. It feels like I’m being blacklisted — why am I being treated like a malicious user or a “blacklisted consumer”?

If someone had their account hacked — an account they used every day, spent money on, and truly cared about — wouldn’t it be natural to fight for it? I’ve spent hours every day writing emails, replying, collecting evidence, and submitting cases. Isn’t that what a responsible person would do?

Why is EA treating me like I’m a disease or a problem?

I have no idea what else I can give you.
Another account, banned during the exact same time window, was unbanned after review.
Why is there no consistency?
Three accounts were banned — but only one was unbanned, and two were left untouched. What’s the reason?

If I write all of this out, I know the answer will probably be, “Please contact the TOS team.”
But I can’t contact them anymore.
And even when I could, they never read my appeal thoroughly.
I sent everything — with timestamps, logs, video links — and received the same copy-paste response.

So now what?
I’ve become a helpless, voiceless person with a banned account and no way to reach anyone — not even by email, not even by Live Chat.

What else can I do? What else do you want from me?

But it seems the hacker used illegal programs in APEX, right?
So, we’re going to banned your account.

Well, the illegal programs were used on your account after all — ban.
IP logs? Hacker evidence? None of that matters. There’s a record of illegal software being used on your account — ban.
