lsm9248​ Unfortunately, (as you've said), you will have to contact the EA TOS Team regarding the ban.

If the account is still hacked, you will also have to reach out to the EA Support Team to regain access to your account.

If the EA TOS Team had responded to your last case stating to "not expect anything further", that does sadly mean that the ban will be upheld. (To my knowledge, each ban can only be appealed up to 3 times as well).

Lastly, bans cannot be handled here on the forums, (or through any other channel), as it can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.
