EA Help "Waiting On Player"

I separately purchased $10 and $5 worth (1,000 & 500) of Apex Coins (AC) on May 10th, 2023 through the in-game store. I didn't receive the currency I purchased (1,500 AC Total). Both transactions were confirmed by my bank. I waited a little over 24 hours and then filed a case with EA Help. It it now May 13th, 2023. The status of my case is: "Waiting On Player". I have yet to receive an email from an advisor. I have checked my primary emails, promotional, social, and spam. If an advisor could please reach out to me soon, I'd greatly appreciate it.
